Chef Wayan Negara, with 23 years of culinary mastery in Japanese cuisine, sees culinary arts as a reflection of dedication, heart, and creativity akin to love. His humble, genuine, and humorous nature is rooted in a family legacy of culinary success.
Starting in Japan at “CHIFAJA,” he furthered his expertise at “USMEF” in Singapore, exploring his fascination with meat. Chef Wayan’s journey led him through “TAKABASHI RAMEN” and “MASAYOSHI,” culminating in leading the team for the opening of Sama Sama Yakiniku Restaurant in Bali.
